  This store is by far the worst store my wife and I have ever been to. We have been going to this store for about 12 years, getting the same service done to it. But all of a sudden under new management the unprofessional store manager stated to my wife and me that they have a new jeweler, and the service that we usually get is no longer provided. The Zales location had my wife's ring for about a month before notifying us on anything. To make a long story short because our experience at this store gets worse, they had my wife's ring for 2 months and changed the size and color of our ring. The store manager was unsympathetic of the whole situation, and got an attitude with my wife and me, stating that there is nothing else they can do about our ring. So we hope a lot of people read this review before going to the Zales store at Columbia Mall, because if they do they will recieve very poor customer serivice possibly resulting in ruining a very special piece of jewelry like a wedding ring.
