  The initial sale of the furniture I worked with April. She was FANTASTIC! I'm a NO hassle person, I hate to shop...I see/know what I want and go on a mission. My husband and I bought this furniture the end of April, maybe first of May. I have purchased furniture from Whitash before and it lasted over 20 plus years. The stitching is already coming out, the stuffing inside the cushions are separating, and there was nails sticking out on the inside of the cushion (found while looking for remote!!) Needless to say we went back in ( after several emails, pictures exchanged etc.) They wanted to "repair" it....however its NEW it shouldn't have to been repaired. They agreed to give me a credit, we could come pick out something else. We worked with Kathleen this time (another FANTASTIC person) We finally found another couch that we thought would be great for our family. Unfortunately it would cost me $600 more. The managers didn't want to come off the price any, then finally agreed to $100 off. To me this wasn't worth my time to have to deal with this disaster. We WILL NEVER SHOP there again. It's unfortunate that the 2 sales reps I worked with were above and beyond with customer service, then the managers were not. I felt like I was at a car dealership trying to negotiate a car sale :( So today I will no longer have furniture, and I am extremely disappointed in my overall experience having to deal with this. We spent A LOT of money in there for what we feel like is less than good quality furniture :( Stacey

  Well, where shall I begin. If there was a Zero rating, I would have chosen the zero. This store has been in our city for quite some time. One would think this alone would entice them to do right. They definitely have a wide selection of good furniture...None of those qualities can compensate for Product/Sales 'Integrity' and Customer Trust 'After' A Sale. BEWARE...This store is Extremely proficient in selling you thier furniture YET Extremely Inept with handling 'ANYTHING' once you receive your furniture!!!! We dealt with sales person Chris. He's very good in ensuring to Get The Sale. Very poor in handling things once his sale is secured. They 'All' pass the buck and blame things on the manager. Look at other reviews about this store that specifically speak on when something happens to your furniture. This store is 'Upscale Bad Business'. I would not recommend to anyone I know personally. You can get better professionalism and integrity with other furniture stores!! Bad Business Whit Ash!
