  Me and my brother received phenomenal service from our Sales rep Ms. Brittany on 2.16.18. She went out of her way to make sure we knew exactly what each phone had to offer when it comes down to specs as well as size. We were a fun handful and I couldn't really make up my mind. However Ms. Brittany wasn't nasty or tried to rush us into a decision we would regret. Eventually, we both left out the store happy customers with our new phones. Great Customer Service and fun experience overall.

  If you want to find someone who treats you with respect and patience, then this is your place. I cannot thank Mike Baker enough for his patience in helping me correct my phone. I was without service, suspended service, without rhyme or reason. Mike stayed after hours until my communication was re-established. This stressful event happened (as they seem to always do) at the worst of times, and Mr. Baker ensured that I would be reconnected to my family. He offers more than customer service, he offers compassion. I am grateful.

  Gentleman was patient and helpful for me and helped me get done what I needed. NOT A VERIZON STORE. Authorized retailer means they can take care of you but we ran into some issues with a phone and Verizon pushed back on it because of us buying here. Was a few years back. They can help you out quickly and we don't wait forever to be helped. Quick and convenient.
