  Shout out to Rich Taylor. My wife and I came in today and had to switch around 3 different lines, replace screen covers, and transfer info on each phone. Rich spent almost 2 hours patiently helping us. If you have a choice when you go in, I recommend asking for Rick.

  Michele Cross is THE BEST THING that has happened to this store. Hands down, don't @ me. Like, I wish I could give more than just 5 stars. She is not only a great rep but an impeccable human being. She goes above and beyond and even more beyond for her customers. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I know not only from my own experience but when I worked along side her. I will never trust anyone with my Verizon needs but her. She a top dog, she THE top dog. No questions asked, she deserves all the moneys. :)
