Customer service here is horrible. If you have an issue or need to make a change to your service and think the store will be less painless than the phone call, think again. The manager does not know how to treat customers. We received specific instructions from the salesman regarding how to transfer a number with customer service. The customer service center didn't leave the exact note on the account the salesman needed to see and it is the customers fault! Also, make sure when they sell you a plan they give you a copy of the first bill. Is you don't get it I writing you will find fees that were concur entry left out of the sales conversation. Long story short, avoid this store. Take care of anything you can online or on the phone, these guys only complicate the matter.
