  I go at least once a week and I usually see the same smiling faces every time. One of the managers is so sweet and kind. Tamara is her name and she always recognizes me and asks how I'm doing.. Super sweet girl! I always ask her opinion on things and she never acts like she doesn't have time or is too busy to give great customer service! Love this Ross it's the best in columbia! My favorite store.

  Why is the guy(Adisa was his name I think) in the dressing room so rude to customers? As someone that works in retail myself, I find it sickening how rude he was to several customers while I was waiting for my cousin to get done. Aside from that, the prices in men's shoes are interesting. Wasn't a great selection in most anything. Almost appears as if they are perpetually going out of business. With both the selection and customer service skills severely lacking at this location, I can hardly stomach giving it 1 star.
