  This location is a joke. The staff was loud and unprofessional. I have my suspicions that they didn't even go through my clothes because when I went back in to pick my things up, they said they couldn't take anything...I had lucky brand denim and juicy couture denim in there, just to name a few designers. So I went to the Harbison location and they were able to take 25 items...that seems like a significant difference. Clearly this staff is being paid to act like children rather than do their actual job.

  I came in the other day looking for a purse and I recieved the best customer service I have ever had at any store. Not only did Ladarious bring down most of the purses for me to look at, but he pointed out a brand new Coach bag that still had the tags on it as well as a small Kate Spade wallet. Thank you Ladarious for your help! You are awesome, and deserve credit for your amazing customer service!
