  We purchased a bed and before the month was up the box spring broke. Now mind you, the bed we had before lasted 10 years. Mattress Firm did replace it after several conversations. This time, we also purchased a new bed to put the mattress on to give it more support, since one employee suggested our problem may have been the metal frame (again, the old bed did just fine on it all that time) However, the next box spring broke on even worse. Now we've had to go to go and buy another bed and we've only had the one from Mattress Firm for 6 months. I know the sales are tempting, but don't do it.
