  I've seen a lot of bad reviews, so I felt the need to share my experience. I had been looking at their website and found the vinyl planks that I wanted. I went into the store hoping I could take them home. The two gentleman that were there, informed me that they didn't have it in stock but they could order it for me. After I asked them a few questions, they ordered the planks I wanted and I was on my way. Five days later, my vinyl planks were delivered to the store. I went that afternoon to pick them up and two different gentleman greeted me and helped me load the boxes in my car. All employees I came in contact with were very nice and helpful. I would definitely shop here again.
