One man was very rude and did nothing to help fix the problem. He acted like he did not care if we were satisfied or not. We have bought appliances, plants, remodel material, fencing and a lot of different things. Bathroom supplies, etc and have never had a problem before. Lowe's needs to get people who want to work with the public and not make you feel like he doesn't care whether you shop there or not. Lowe's as a store is great, but some employees need to go
