Granted I dropped it off over a year ago and so much was going on that it slipped my mind but I also did not get a call. Today I was told again we will give you a call. I asked how long does it take..and again we will give you a call. We use to love going to Kay's and we have purchased alot for there. They just seem to not care. I will go and order a new chain from somewhere else
