My entire experience was ruined by a short, bearded employee who was just super rude and an overall douche. To top it off he yelled at a fedex guy for parking in front of his store instead of calmly asking him not to do that. This was highly unprofessional and quite frankly i wont be shopping at Journeys again if this is the kind of service they are into.
