  I am in the process of remodeling my bathroom and all the floors in my house. I ordered a vanity and shower kit from this location. Thursday night I went to go pick up my items. I also ended up getting concrete board and other various items. We ended up having three carts full of heavy stuff. Dustin was the amazing employee that helped us get everything into our truck and trailer. He was a very nice employee and did everything with a smile. When trying to get our tie down straps to work another employee Tony had to teach us how to use them. Both these employees went above and beyond to help us out and this made our experience wonderful and pleasant. Two thumbs up to Dustin and Tony!!!!

  I bought an non-contact voltage tester from this store. The voltage tester is an klein tools brand. Home Depot did not honor the warranty. After online and a conversation with Klein Tools. I made it to a conclusion that it was okay to return it to the store it was bought for replacement. Home Depot did not investigate nor give me the time to explain. there last words was "you can buy another one, or return it to klein." I went through two managers with a calm voice asking to take a deeper look neither investigated. I still love the company. so I went to Harbison. much simpler process they did verify with Klein and I received an exchange.
