  As long time lovers of Edible Arrangements, I am sad to say that the Columbia Edible Arrangements has not only dropped the bar, but dug a hole and buried it... We normally order about a dozen arrangements a year, or at least we did when we lived in Florida... Since being relocated to Columbia, SC we have ordered two arrangements, both have been drastically under quality! However, this Valentines Day it was so much worse... Not only did I receive the wrong order, but the manager argued with me on the phone, accusing me of lying. The manager finally agreed to have the missing parts of the ordered delivered that evening, however the order never came... The next morning we learned that Edible Arrangements doesn't even make the bouquet we ordered during Valentines Day weekend, so they never had the intentions of filling the order correctly let alone the replacement order they promised... So in the end, we ended up just dropping the whole thing back off... And I want to mention that the strawberries had rot on them, how I wish I could post pictures!
