  Husband sent me an arrangement for our 9 year anniversary to be delivery to my job..driver forgot it, so never showed. No phone call or nothing. I called to see what happened just to get a oh I'm sorry. I had to ask for a delivery refund since I would have to pick it up myself. Nothing was offered for it. On top of that he ordered $15 in extra balloons that wasn't given to me either. I had to call about that. Manager said nothing she could do but refund the balloons..again no wow we messed up your anniversary gift, so sorry..nothing. I check my refund and I got the delivery charge refunded BUT the cheap $5 balloons refunded..um no he paid $15 for those, where is the rest of our money!? Never again..so not worth it. Especially already paying over $100 for just the fruit. Just crazy. Need to step up their customer service skills.

  You can tell this staff goes above and beyond what would be expected. They can't offer a guaranteed delivery time, which is understandable as this is a quality product, and not a pizza joint, but they are willing to work with you if you have a request for early or late delivery. It is always easiest to call on the phone or go inside rather than order online. The staff is so knowledgeable as most of them have worked there for quite some time now. I know all this because the managers are so very friendly.
