The mother kept dialing a number on speakerphone and then hanging up and calling it again. Bizarre. Told them I needed 2000 Sq ft of hardwood floors which would of ended up being over $10k. Their samples are disorganized so I asked the daughter to pull specific wood, size and color. She wouldn't do it. Walked out. Total waste of time.
