Experience on 12-21-2017. the store had an average amount of people in it and I was in the game department looking at headsets with my son. after walking out of the empty department to ask for help. it was another 20 min before I went I got someone to help. so here here is got interesting. The Manager Tommy that came over asked how he can help and when I replied with my answer proceeded to read the first of 50 different items to answer my question. I asked if anyone new a little more about the product and his reply was do you want my help you or not. I , my son ands wife where floored .I then asked him what would make him talk to me like that and his next reply was , You didn't seem to want my help, it is three days to Christmas give me a break. I do not know where this guy came from but no one should talk to a customer like that. Look at our premium account history. we did not deserve that as loyal as we have been for all of these years.
