  Cool place you can look around for a while. I needed help finding something and got it right away. Lots of "as seen on tv " products and practical things I've never thought of.

  BBB cares about its customers. It's return policy so demonstrates. To date, in general, I'm usually pleased with my purchases and BBB'S staff attitude.

  Very poor customer service. Was looking for a wedding gift for a close friend. Went to the Bridal and gift registry, the young lady Jessica didn't even acknowledge me. However, when a Caucasian customer entered the area, she was promptly greeded and assisted. I will not be returning to this location. This has completely ruined my experience.
