  I would give 5 stars for their effort in getting me everything I was looking for. I'm giving 2 stars because wants the bed was put together and I realized that my bed came to my chest, I called them back immediately to switch out box springs to lower bed. Well its been almost 2 weeks and every time I call, no one knows anything and it's not even ordered yet. At this point, I feel like turning back in bedroom set. They keep saying they will call back, but no one ever does. I was so excited about getting new furniture, but now I'm feeling like I should have gone someplace else.
