  LIVID right now! I asked them to service my refrigerator nobody showed up to service it so I had to remind them 3 weeks later. They brought me a loaner refrigerator that had ROACHES coming out of it!!! I had to make them come back the next day and bring my refrigerator back! I have to pay pest control to spray my home because I HAD NO BUGS IN MY HOME BEFORE! So upset. Horrible service after I have been a customer with them for over 3 years now! I will not be using them again. EVER!

  I purchased a pre-owned entertainment center & tv straight cash bc it was such a great deal. Tv seemed fine in the store, but wasn't a clear picture when I got home. Brandon offered to replace the tv at no additional costs or issue a refund. It was a pleasant, no hassle transaction. I'd shop here again.
